Conception and planning of modern IT solutions for media, TV and radio
Presales support of our customers during the conception phase
Execution of workflow and process analysis at the customer
Support of the in-house team in handling customer inquiries
Support during integration and commissioning of IT installations
Conducting trainings and briefings
Documentation management
Requirements:
Study of communications engineering / IT / media technology or comparabe (desirable)
Experience with media information systems (ingest, production, playout, news, MAM,...)
Basic knowledge of IP-based streaming technologies
General practical experience with current IT technology
Language skills: English, German
Joy in independent and structured work
