Our long-term relationship has resulted in a fist class experienced team. Voss + Partner have fitted their factory out with an advanced, modern machine-tool floor. Individually designed furniture van therefore be easily manufactured in various styles and construction methods, including production of individual one-off items. The results are impressive in terms of quality of construction and matching, and cost no more than “off-the-peg” units. Significantly to your benefit, Thum + Mahr develop your furniture proposals in the CAD system. We present the CAD drawings to you for approval, after which they are sent to the joiner as computer data. The data is fed directly to the manufacturing automation control system. The translation into the design of freehand curves and other complex construction details therefore no longer poses a significant problem. Voss + Partner in turn also rely on support when it comes to any metalwork requirements. It’s sometimes necessary to fall back on a hidden steel-reinforcing frame when a special visual feature is sought. This may be a swivel construction, adjustable table height or cupboard levels, and many other requirements including cable trunking, cooling ducts, and special requirements for OB vehicle construction, which have become just routine over the years.
