The main On Air Control Room of received refurbishment with latest digital technolgy of DHD

Düsseldorf based PFD group services a local radio network with 8 stations. General refurbishments include the prestigious site in Düsseldorf.

The digital DHD-Console RM 4200 is the core of the new self op studio installation. It has been choosen due to its reliability, flexibility and last not least due to its perfect user friendliness. The powerful configuration software offers a smooth integration into the network's complex requirements. The console can even take over automated procedures which had to be provided by third party solutions so far. This includes in particular the remote control through Radio NRW, the head end of NRW's local radio infrastructure. New furniture has been installed for a comforting ambience and support of a modern workflow.

Wolfgang Magorsch, technical director of PFD, compliments the crew of T+M for accurate and reliable hand over. For the short period of works on site full On Air operation was given by availability of Studio 2.
